Description
Aromex is an anti-estrogenic drug that is produced by the well-known pharmaceutical company Alpha Pharma. The active substance in the oral drug is Exemestane (commonly called Aromasin). Aromasin is known as an aromatase inhibitor which is a group of compounds that reduce estrogen production by restricting the action of the aromatase enzyme. This enzyme is responsible for the conversion (or aromatization) of androgens (testosterone) into estrogen. It is said to permanently disable and inhibit the aromatase enzyme in which it is bound to, making the enzyme inactive forever.
Effectiveness
Athletes use Exemestane to block the negative side effects caused by taking aromatizable steroids. The steroids that are converted into estrogen include Testosterone, Dianabol, Boldenone, etc. and the side effects from these steroids can appear in the form of gynecomastia, water and fat retention. Aromasin can reduce the estrogen level by 85%, thereby reducing the risk of experiencing these side effects. Sometimes the drug can even decrease body fat and improve muscle definition.
Recommendations for use
Alpha Pharma produce Exemestane in 25mg tablets for oral administration. The typical dose of the drug for estrogen control during a steroid cycle or for treating gynecomastia is 1 tablet per day. There is no need to increase the dosage above this amount since it has been proven that Aromasin is effective even at a daily dose of 2.5mg. Some people only need to take 12.5mg (half a tablet) every 2 days. The required dose of Aromasin depends on the type and dosage of anabolic steroids taken in the cycle.
Side Effects

Please be careful with this stuff, it is very strong and can lead to a lot of issues if done incorrectly… however if done properly it can really help you out in a pinch!

After doing an amount of research to put together my perfect PCT, almost everything I read suggested that exemestane was a better choice due to the fact that it just outright blocks the enzymes that cause aromatization, as well as inhibits them. I gave it a try, and I can say I have had no problems at all during my PCT cycles, and I actually have way more energy than I was expecting considering some of the stuff I’ve been reading online says that is not always the case for some people. I’m not sure how well anastrozole works first hand, but I can say exemestane has worked very well for me.
