Anadrol for me is like my saviour for building mass quickly, ive cycled it a few times now and always made realy good gains. id say 15-25lbs of good quality mass, barely held alot of water aswell which is always a positive as i feel you can guage where you are better. Whats great also is it doesnt aromatize like other steroids so sides are lowered but never rule them out. Milk thistle is good to keep liver health in check when using an oral.
